In a transaction in which Epec Holdings, Inc. ("EPEC") acquired the outstanding shares of Jersey Artisan Distilling ("JAD"), JAD is now a wholly owned subsidiary of EPEC.  The transaction sets the stage for EPEC to cement its foundation by uniting its James FC Hyde Sorgho Whiskey brand, with the distillery that produces it.
