Nietzsche was right. 

Trump's tariffs proved a near fatal blow.  But thanks to You, Wefunder, the SEC, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development -- who have all stepped up to help us -- we might pull off something even better!

Wefunder has extended our raise to give us time to respond to Trump's tariffs. The SEC has accepted the extension document.  And the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has even extended us an amazing opportunity (see below).

I don't want to over-promise things.  We still could run into difficulties, and things may change, but since things were supposed to end tomorrow, I imagine you'll want to hear this now.

In a nutshell this is how we're responding:

- We've accelerated India entry (previously Step 2).  The only reason we are tackling different markets in sequence (instead of in parallel) is to not overextend our resources and my management team. China was first because we were a little further along there.  Now India will move faster, so we focus there.  There are no dependencies of one market on the other.

- Remember in my earlier updates how I said the brewpub prototype we'd build here in the SF Bay for India would be a Schubros investment?  That was to keep things crisp and clearly divided between US and Overseas assets. But that separation is only a "Nice To Have" simplicity.  More important is that SFEBB gets started ASAP.  So now SFEBB will be in charge of the brewpub.

In fact its better for SFEBB.  If we can raise enough funds here, we may be able to procure a major Real-Estate asset (subsidized in part with help from HUD) in arguably America's top growing commercial real estate market.  

For now, that's all I am able to say, but things are really moving quickly and momentum is solid.  

I will keep you up date, however as we need to make a decision very quickly, and property selection depends on the success of this raise, we'd really appreciate if you could show us your support as early as possible.  Please remember that you can cancel your investment at any point up to 4/30/2018 if things change.
