Amulet To Increase Stock Purchase Minimum and Investment Goal

Amulet has received wonderful support from the Wefunder investor community. As we are now approaching our goal of raising $107,000.00, we have begun to lay plans for Phase 2 of our growth. This new phase includes preparation for the rapid expansion of the use of Amulet technology in our schools, hospitals, corporate offices, public transportation hubs, retail, and other settings. In order to better address this planned growth, we will be elevating both our investment goal and our minimum stock purchase requirement in the coming weeks. If we are already invested prior to the minimum being increased, will we be forced to increase our prior investment? Or will the new minimum apply only to new investments?

If you invested in the prior round, you own the stock you purchased. You are not required to purchase more stock at the new price or minimum.

Are you going to extend current round with higher minimum and higher goal? What happens to the people who invested at a lower minimum earlier? If you are going to start new round, will the valuation be same?

Yes, Kishore, we are extending the current raise while increasing both the minimum required investment and overall goal. Naturally, we will inform the Wefunder investment community once we have determined these new benchmarks. With regard to valuation, at this point in time, it remains the same.
