Wefunder supports three different federal laws that allow startups to raise money legally. To comply with the law, Wefunder Advisors LLC and Wefunder Portal LLC (both owned by Wefunder Inc) also list startups depending on the regulation used.

Wefunder Portal LLC

Regulation D
Wefunder Advisors LLC

Regulation A+
Wefunder Inc

Curious how well the companies have done? Or how many raised follow-on financing?
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
I think. You can teach at a limited charter school and which needs no certification. Just keep in awareness that you have to stand by their rules and teach the scholars in a certain technique like how the book teaches it. So, you will have limited liberty. However, you will get knowledge in the schooling field. I have taught at dual charter great schools, but I am going back to school for my PHD and maybe a Masters to teach university students.
