Dear Investors (friends and family),

We are nearing the end of this campaign which is set to close on January 31, 2018...merely five days from now. It has been a long journey of many transitions with twists and turns we could not have predicted at the time when we first launched. BUT we want to take this time to extend our sincerest gratitude to all of you who have invested in us and staying committed to our cause throughout these past several months. When last we checked, we are still shy by nearly $5,000 as some investors have yet to fully commit and less than $21,000 is in actual escrow. This means it is unlikely we will reach our goal...and we will ultimately lose this campaign. After much consideration and thought, we have decided that rather than extend it and potentially risk losing any more investors, we will have to give it another go at another time. Here's what will we be doing in the meantime. We are following where the market is and relocated ourselves in Los Angeles. There is tremendous opportunity for us here, to be in a city that is known to have one of the highest demographic of health-conscience and gluten free consumers. 

Our goal for success is simple: 

1) get into a commercial kitchen 
2) hire a marketing team.
3) start selling our raw gluten free sourdough in grocery stores.
4) get into the farmers market and sell our dough as well as finished products (bagels, baguettes and loaves).  
5) pop-ups, generate a buzz around town. LA loves a good secret. 
6) fundraise again and open a brick and mortar with a refined menu.
7) sell our bread to a national distributor
