Yesterday, I got the opportunity to sit down with Shiloh Sophia - artist, entrepreneur, and host of "Power Creatives TV." She is also a Spotlight: Girls investor. She and I talked about the incredible opportunities that women like us have to bring compassion, connection, and creativity to the businesses we create, and thus, the communities where we live and work.
