1. Can I invest from X country? 

📌 While there are a few exceptions, Wefunder allows investors from around the world to participate. One of the key reasons we chose crowdfunding is because it democratizes our cap table—allowing anyone to be part of Sensate, regardless of location, background, or investment experience. Our mission is to make stress relief accessible to all, and that philosophy extends to our investor community as well.

2. Do you plan to do an exit or IPO?

📌We’re committed to have the maximum positive impact for our customers, investors, the company and the world. At some point in the coming few years, there’s a point where partnering (M&A) or expanding (potentially via in IPO) takes us to that next level. While we are open to an IPO, an acquisition (M&A) is the more likely path given our goal of maximizing impact and creating value for early investors. That said, we cannot guarantee any specific exit or return (see Wefunder’s Terms and Conditions).

3. What have been Sensate’s biggest wins and challenges since the last crowdfunding round?

📌Since our last raise, we’ve hit some incredible milestones:

✅ Successfully launched Sensate Plus, our subscription service, which maintains an impressive 50% attach rate

✅ Global Growth – We’ve expanded partnerships and now sell Sensate in 50+ countries.

✅ Financial Strength – Despite a challenging capital market in 2024, we delivered a 50% improvement in our bottom line by focusing on margin expansion and operational efficiency.

Like any startup, we've faced challenges, including navigating the tougher fundraising climate. But through resilience and strategic planning, we continue to strengthen our position in the market.
