Dear Investors:
We started 2025 at a fast pace! Our focus remains the construction and maiden flight of the J-500 unmanned aircraft system - cargo demonstrator and delivering a first powered parafoil propulsion system for flight tests in support of a US Government Customer.
In the first quarter of 2025 we successfully completed and passed two very important milestones on both programs, including the Preliminary Design Review for the J-500 airframe as well as the Critical Design Review for the parafoil propulsion system.
We have been awarded four more patents in Australia, the EU, China and New Zealand.
Thank you for your continuing support!
Our momentum continues towards the construction of the J-500 cargo UAS with significant progress on the propulsion system manufacturing and testing.
We have manufactured at this time most of the components including the turbocompressor rotors (1 turbine stage and 2 axial compressors stages) and continue to manufacture other components via combinations of 3D printing and machining. The expected date to test the turbocompressors is projected to be at the end of 2Q25 after which the entire propulsion system will be tested. We hope to share more good news and potentially a mockup of the “heart” of the system in June at the Paris Air Show 2025, when our company will participate for the first time – on the occasion of our 10th anniversary!
The propulsion system is expected to be installed onto the fuselage at the beginning of 3Q25, the same important quarter which will mark the first flights of the J-500. To this end, we have also reached a very important milestone in statically demonstrating the 250 lbf class rear thruster that will power the J-500. This important test was performed at AeroTEC’s Flight Test Facilities in Moses Lake, WA. In the presence of our customer, the CEO of EANAN Al Samma, the beautifully built carbon fiber and aluminum component was shown to produce the nominal thrust needed to power the J-500. Aerospace components are sometimes not only efficient and light but also beautiful, I will let you judge for yourselves the image below. I’d like to also highlight the exceptional professionalism of the AeroTEC team that showed a lot of enthusiasm and sense of urgency to demonstrate our cool technology, and you can see that on their faces! With all these high-momentum activities of manufacturing, testing and assembling the J-500, our goal is to demonstrate the vehicle in flight before the Dubai Airshow (November 2025).
We are now at 134 granted patents and many others pending; we continue to receive a number of inquiries about our propulsion systems for various applications.
2025 started very strongly for Jetoptera! The J-500 will fly soon and set new records in the VTOL Aviation world.

Thank you for your confidence in us!
Best Regards,
