Over the past month, we’ve been testing a mycelium waste product from one of the largest and most innovative companies in the space. Early results are extremely promising. This could be a game-changer for three reasons:

1. Circularity on Steroids: Using another company’s waste as a core input pushes our materials even further toward true circularity.
2. Expanded Input Compatibility: This proves our ability to integrate multiple waste streams into zerø-frm™, a huge unlock for scale and sustainability.
3. Strategic Partnership Potential: If testing continues to go well, this could open doors to a deeper collaboration with a highly capitalized company that’s years ahead in mycelium R&D.

In short: we’re not just creating products—we’re building bridges across the ecosystem.

🏭 A Game-Changing Manufacturing Space Is on the Horizon

We’re close to securing an ideal R&D and light manufacturing facility—a mycelium-ready space with:

• Clean rooms and specialized infrastructure already in place
• High-value equipment that’s currently underutilized
• A chance to accelerate without spending big on CAPEX

This is a real-world example of how we do more with less. Instead of raising millions for a custom facility, we’re forming relationships and finding creative ways to scale faster and smarter. It’s scrappy, it's strategic, and it's Okom.

The interest in our materials has never been higher. We’re in conversation with:

• Leading design studios curious about circular materials for interior and architectural applications
• A top-tier bio-composite pioneer in Europe who sees our structural mycelium technology as the missing piece in their toolkit
• Developers and co-manufacturers exploring how to bring our materials into large-scale projects

None of this is final—but it shows where things are headed. The ecosystem around biofabrication is growing fast, and Okom is starting to feel like a magnet for partnerships and momentum.
