I am very pleased to announce the addition of a new Chief Technical Officer, Andrey. Here is his very impressive bio:

Andrey Odintsov

Senior Executive | Entrepreneur | Innovator

Andrey Odintsov is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in software development, gaming, VR, and emerging technologies. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from CSU.

As the Founder and CEO of New Standards Inc., Andrey grew the company from the ground up to over 100 developers, serving major clients like Disney and Xerox. He later founded Odinsoft Inc., a game studio that achieved over 150,000 units in annual sales and a user rating above 4.8/5.

Currently, Andrey is Partner and Director of Development at VRMentality Inc., where he leads the development of a VR-based PTSD treatment protocol. His team’s successful study was published in a leading mental health journal, and he has secured funding from prestigious German and Swiss foundations, including Charité Hospital.

Andrey has also added:

1. My specialty lies in aggressively driving startups to new heights within the technology domain. When executed effectively, this progress directly translates into success across other business segments—marketing becomes more effective, attracting new investments becomes easier, profitability rises, and the company experiences growth and expansion. I’m excited to embark on this journey together with all of you.
2. I am genuinely enthusiastic about making an impact in the ASD education space. I’ve been actively involved in adjacent fields for quite some time (for example, here’s a paper I co-authored on treating PTSD with VR https://mhgcj.org/index.php/MHGCJ/article/view/245/176), and this topic is both socially significant and personally important to me.

 Not having a CTO has been a bit if a hurdle so now we can get development and operations ramped back up.

With Andrey as CTO, and the recent additions of Fred Pesce as Chief Marketing Officer and our partnership with Arcterix (arcterix.ai) to optimize the AI analytics, we have a great team in place for the execution of our next steps, specifically a study and publication and the go-to-market for the B2C initiative.
