At Fierce Foundry, our mission is bold and unapologetically clear: to build companies and technology that improve the wellness of women and the people in their lives. By co-founding female-founded startups, we are not only addressing critical gaps in health and wellness—we’re actively moving the needle on gender equity in venture capital.
Here’s the reality: women receive less than 2% of global VC funding, yet they represent 71% of founders in women’s health tech.
To truly drive change, we must prove our model works. That means focusing on building, scaling and exiting our first two portfolio companies. These aren’t just startups—they’re our proof of concept.
