💡 Program Overview

🔹 Internship Program (4–6 Months)

Our flagship internship track is ideal for individuals ready to go deep. Participants are embedded in the day-to-day operations of EX Venture startups and partner companies, gaining real-world experience in areas such as AI development, business modeling, marketing, finance, and operations.

Interns become an essential part of our ecosystem—helping to solve real challenges, attending leadership workshops, and participating in strategy sessions. This track is perfect for ambitious individuals who want to make an immediate impact while sharpening the skills needed for high-growth industries.

🔹 Summer Academy (2–3 Months)

The Summer Academy offers a fast-paced, immersive experience for students and early-career professionals looking to explore entrepreneurship and innovation in an international setting. This foundational program provides a structured path to learn the essentials of startup creation—from ideation to launch.

Participants are guided through a program that includes problem-solving, design thinking, business modeling, AI integration, and presentation skills. By the end of the program, participants will have developed their own startup concept and pitched it to a panel of industry professionals and investors.

🔹 Entrepreneurship & Startup Program (2–6 Months)

This transformative program is designed for aspiring founders ready to take bold steps toward launching or scaling a real-world business. Participants in this track are not only encouraged to develop innovative solutions—they're expected to build them.

Over the course of the program, participants ideate, validate, and test new business models while collaborating with mentors, investors, and industry peers. With a strong focus on live project execution, this track culminates in a formal investor pitch, positioning participants to move from idea to action.
