We recently secured over $500,000+ in Government-backed funding through the Access Accelerator Small Business Development Center, and we’re now actively in the construction phase of building out Phase 1 of Cayplex. This funding is the culmination of over 5 years of intense work, trial and error, and commitment, but it also means that Phase 1 is fully funded!

Our company has entered into a lease agreement at the Rayvin Mall, which is centrally located in the heart of downtown Freeport, Grand Bahama, and is a high-traffic center for commerce in the city.

We asked ourselves, why stop at a movie theater when we could create a full-fledged entertainment hub? By leveraging unused space in our leased location, we plan to add a boutique bowling alley to expand revenue streams by another 22% and give families and groups more reasons to visit.

We’re tackling one of the island’s biggest operational challenges: skyrocketing utility costs and unreliable power supply. With plans to install a grid-tied solar energy system, we’ll dramatically reduce overhead, ensure reliable operations, and make Cayplex a leader in sustainable energy. This system will put us in control of our energy future, creating a business model built for resilience and growth.
