Hello everyone,

I wanted to give you a quick inside look at the AllSides Team. Once a year, our fully remote team meets in a giant Airbnb for an intense but casual, collaborative work session. Like last year, we went to sunny Orlando, Florida, which was particularly appreciated by our team members who live in frigid places like Minnesota.

What makes AllSides unique, and uniquely positioned to succeed in this chaotic, divisive world, is that we don’t just talk about balance, dialogue and diverse perspectives – we live it. Our team is diverse politically, geographically and culturally, and we challenge each other’s bubbles every day. One of the ways we do this is by regularly participating in Living Room Conversations. These guides for group discussion across differences are carefully designed, researched and proven to have a lasting impact on understanding and connection – something that is essential to the work we do here at AllSides.
