Hello Posh Investors,

Last Friday, Nick, Edward, and EJH team member Jacob were clearing snow and working with a surveyor on the pads at Skyridge.

The purpose was to prepare the pads for the installation of screw piles this week. These piles provide the foundations for the Sky Glass units and the decks.

Piles are now in 3 of the 5 pads. Once all 5 are done, the piles will be cut and capped.

We're incredibly excited to be moving closer and closer to completion of Phase 1. Our WeFunder round is closing soon (more info to come), so time is running out to increase your investment.
