We're thrilled to have the support and belief of Jim Roush, a seasoned professional in the reality TV industry. Jim has almost 30 years of experience in entertainment, and he is going to be wildly impactful for us as we continue to expand and validate our presence as strong players in the space.

"Jim Roush is an award-winning producer specializing in big format, non-scripted television shows, and founder of Big TV.

Roush began his career nearly three decades ago as a production assistant on The MTV Video Music Awards and quickly moved up the ranks on that and on other notable live shows, including: The Billboard Music Awards, The Magic of David Copperfield and The MTV Movie Awards. Not long after, he joined The ESPYS and Family Feud as executive producer, a position he still holds on both shows 32 and 27 years later (respectively). 

Roush joined Mark Burnett Productions in 2005 and served as SVP and EVP of Production for 10 years. There, he was involved in launching and overseeing MBP’s vast slate of shows, including but not limited to The Voice, Shark Tank, Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, The Emmy’s and more. He immediately went on to start a new venture called The RWC which, in just six years, produced over 40 shows, including: The NFL Honors,Showtime At The Apollo, Last Chance U for Netflix, The 2016 MTV Movie Awards, New Years Eve with Steve Harvey, Sundays with Alec Baldwin and Encore! for DISNEY+. In addition, with Big TV, Roush has added shows such as Time 100, Netflix Slam and Netflix Cup, to name a few.

To date, Roush has been honored with four Emmy wins, eighteen nominations and multiple Producer Guild and Critic’s Choice Awards, amongst others."
