Dear Investors, I want to share an update regarding SQUAREAT. We have temporarily paused operations due to high shipping costs, which have significantly impacted our ability to scale effectively. At this stage, we are actively seeking additional investment to help us overcome these challenges.

In the meantime, we are working on new strategies to optimize logistics and improve our business model. We also had the opportunity to participate in the TV show Food Stars with Gordon Ramsay, which was a great experience, but unfortunately, the traction generated was not enough to sustain our operations at this time. Still we remain active for several TV Lives while others have been eliminated, signalling once again the traction in the product.

That said, the project is still very much alive, and we remain committed to pushing forward. We appreciate your support and will keep you updated as we make progress toward our next steps.
