Hempitecture Selected for International Collaboration with St. Gobain
Hempitecture one of six U.S. companies chosen
Ketchum, ID-based Hempitecture, a manufacturer of green building materials, is one of six U.S. companies chosen to work in 2024 with French manufacturing company Saint-Gobain to develop potential investment opportunities and commercial partnerships.
As part of this group, Hempitecture will receive mentorship, networking opportunities, workshops and programming from Saint-Gobain and Greentown Labs, a climate-tech incubator, the companies announced in a news release.
“Fostering mutually beneficial partnerships between corporations and startups is an essential piece of the work we do at Greentown Labs to help deploy new climate tech solutions and accelerate our collective decarbonization efforts,” said Greentown Labs CEO Kevin Knobloch.
Hempitecture is honored to be a part of the Greentown Labs program with St. Gobain. We are seeing that legacy insulation manufacturers are becoming more interested in low-carbon, biobased resources and building materials.
Our acceptance into this program is validation that the world's largest insulation producers are seeing a future for products from companies like Hempitecture.
