ZERO CARBON INC.

The Clock is Ticking on Our Next Project with Fraunhofer Institute in Germany

Published on Aug 28, 2023

Dear Valued Wefunder Community,

We are elated to share some monumental news with you: Zero-X is about to kickstart its most ambitious project yet, thanks to a generous government grant of approximately 2 million EUR. With your unwavering support, we have secured this substantial funding to scale our EX waste-to-energy unit to an industrial level.

But we're not just scaling; we're innovating. The project is a harmonious blend of two revolutionary technologies—Zero-X's existing waste-to-energy model and a next-generation Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC). While conventional combustion engines utilizing our gas boast a conversion efficiency of around 24%, this revamped system is set to shatter records with an efficiency of up to 55%. To put it plainly, we are engineering the most efficient waste-to-energy system on the planet. Watch this Video from the first time we have merged both technologies funded by the German Ministry of Economics-this time we can go so much further!

What's even more exciting is that we've designed this marvel to fit neatly inside a standard shipping container. This architectural feat enhances its scalability and reduces logistic complications, setting us on a path to bring clean, efficient energy to locations around the globe.

For our long-term supporters, you know this project has been five years in the making. It's been a journey of countless late nights, endless research, and tireless commitment. We couldn't be more thrilled to bring this dream into reality, and we have each of you to thank for making this possible.

With so much on the horizon, now is a golden opportunity to deepen your investment in the future of clean energy and waste management.

Let's seize this moment and set a new standard for what's possible in the waste-to-energy sector. Here's to making this dream a reality, together.

Best regards,

Julien Uhlig
