In conjunction with our big public reveal of the new models CV1/M and MH1, ModVans filed 4 new provisional utility patents:
- Modular, Pop Up, Semi-Dry Bathroom
- Vehicle Wall Extension or Flare that Uses Vehicle OEM Windows
- Strong, Lightweight, Easy to Assemble Cabinets with Curved Corners
- Vehicle Floor Layer Battery
As with any patent or pending patent, litigation would be required to defend against a determined copycat willing to spend money on litigation. As with any patent pending, there is a possibility that our patents may fail to be awarded. Our primary business strategy remains offering new and superior products at lower price points.
