Despite having to cancel the 2020 AUDL season due to COVID-19, the league and its 22 teams have made significant progress in realizing our vision of building a technology, data and gaming ecosystem to help create innovative fan experiences and introduce a new, larger audience to professional Ultimate.

We recently achieved the first development milestone for the world’s only console-based Ultimate video game, which after further work, could go into beta by the end of this calendar year.

We also have several very exciting new partnerships under development that would dramatically expand the awareness of the AUDL and its future growth potential.

Based on current opportunities, we see potential revenue growth to more than $1 million in our 2021 fiscal year. This represents an increase of over 200% from 2020 revenues and 45% from pre-COVID 19 revenues achieved in 2019.

We are currently working with our teams to hold a 2021 season, where the safety of our players, coaches, officials, staff, their collective families and, of course, our fans will remain our top priority.
