This time last year, our entire team took on a crazy task-- the renovation of the room of a 100 year old building, our tasting room. We painted the walls, modernized the overall look of the brand and brought life to a what was once a dull, uninviting room.

One of our favorite outcomes from the remodel is unanimously the mural of our infamous neighborhood mascot the Ybor Rooster which also graces the labels of our popular El Encanto Silver Rum. This trademark mural--designed and hand-painted by local Tampa artists-- represents our commitment to the local community, and is a tribute to the historic neighborhood of Ybor City.
