Wefunder supports three different federal laws that allow startups to raise money legally. To comply with the law, Wefunder Advisors LLC and Wefunder Portal LLC (both owned by Wefunder Inc) also list startups depending on the regulation used.
Legal May 16th 2016
Regulation Crowdfunding
Wefunder Portal LLC
$154,821,055
for 464 startups
Legal Now
Regulation D
Wefunder Advisors LLC
$45,329,344
for 127 startups
Rare
Regulation A+
Wefunder Inc
$9,738,984

Curious how well the companies have done? Or how many raised follow-on financing?
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
Sounds good. Will you be addressing any of the following:
1. Revised projects for top line and profitability?
2. Impact to supply chain and supplier/vendor redundancy?
3. Liquidity management and cash burn rate?
4. Target market updates, pertaining to issues around COVID preventing or disruption sales or deliveries?
5. Details on prototypes and products?
6. Buying power of your customer post COVID?
7. Timeline to any capital raises?
8. NGO/Partner wins or pipeline?
9. Growth in team or any changes in roles?
10. You mentioned a new back end system, can you speak in more detail on that?
11. Any new customer/user feedback?
Hope things are going well guys!
