Dear Investors,

We wanted to share more on our Berkeley’s location history with you through the following pictures of the 2575 San Pablo Avenue building before Anthony’s Cookies found its second location in the East Bay.

This also provides a glimpse into Anthony’s Cookies ability to visualize what a property and/or location can become as we reach our long-term expansion goals.

We designed the Berkeley building to make it our production hub which will allow us to increase our wholesale accounts, manage corporate and catering orders as well as support our growing e-commerce platform.

When entering the building, customers are now able to see our bakers and production associates working in the different parts of the building.

Our production area has two mixing stations and stainless-steel tables where our products are made and scooped in large quantities. The area is designed so the staff has everything within arms-reach.

The layout of our Berkeley location covers all aspects needed to expand and ensure that our product can reach as many locations as we need to.

Sky is the limit in our cookie business!
