What a great equity crowdfunding campaign ($283,000 and counting) and a great Regulation D raise ($130,000). We've also negotiated a convertible note for tech development ($240,000). Altogether we've more than surpassed our goal of $500,000!

I want to thank each and every person that bet their hard earned money on us. From every person that invested $200 to the largest investors who have put in $25k to $100k and more, I want you to know that me and my team know that we work for you and we will do our very best to create a return on your trust that you can put happily in the bank!

This may sound a little crazy, but it is my dream to be able to meet at least most of the 2,000 plus investors who have invested in Tradefox at an IPO celebration! We've raised collectively almost $2 million. Funds which we have put to work building an amazing product that is creating transparency in the trading reputations of companies that deal in recyclables. 3,800+ members strong! Larger than any single trade association in the world. And we simply could not have done this without your investment! 

With only 3 days remaining, this will likely be the last time I make a post about raising money for a while. But, rest assured you will be hearing from me on a regular basis with updates.

Speaking of updates, I have one for you. My audacious goal for our virtual conference was 200 attendees. We currently have 238 people who are planning to attend and that number is growing daily. We hope to convert 70% of attendees to monthly subscribers. If we pull this off well, I will be sitting down with venture capital firms by the end of this year to raise the $5 - $10 million needed to scale. Once the VCs are on board, we can start looking forward to that IPO party! :)
