Big News!  we just received word from our franchise attorney that the Parlay Cafe Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) has been APPROVED by the State of California!  We started the process in January, and this approval means Parlay Cafe is now a registered Franchisor in CA, so we are now able to disclose potential franchisees, sign agreements and collect franchise fees in most states.  Look for more announcements soon!
