I have long admired the band Arbouretum, a unique rock/folk sound that has always sounded perfect for a dark period piece. I approached band leader Dave Heumann a couple months ago about composing the score for The Wilderness Road and he has agreed to do it! Working from Baltimore, he has already begun the process of creating melodies and musical sketches for our soundtrack.
