In recent weeks Twitter, Facebook, Shopify and other tech giants announced their move toward permanent remote workers.  Now Nationwide Insurance, a 95 year old company, has just announced it is transitioning thousands of employees to work-from-home permanently after seeing productivity and employee satisfaction skyrocket during the pandemic.
