Last February, Chad Troutwine (Everydae's Chairman) came to me and said: I'm spinning out a new venture and I want you as CEO. I can't tell you what a thrill this was! I had worked with Chad as his Chief Product Officer at Veritas Prep and here was the opportunity to partner up again.
