The reasons are many: our offices are tending to follow us home with laptop computers, blue light exposure from monitors are becoming normal evening activities, and modern diets combined with lesser manual labor exercise from our jobs themselves, all combine to create restless Americans deeper into the night.

Poor sleep is a problem that gets larger than sleep itself. That’s because good sleep backdrops virtually every facet of human health. Routinely getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night, either because that’s all the time we’re in bed, or because it’s all the time we’re actually asleep in bed, both contribute mightily to countless other health struggles as a result.

Our sleep product is designed to optimize the neuroregulatory conditions that support consistent sleep cycles and deeply restorative sleep. This approach is in stark contrast to sleep products that primarily aim to override restlessness through sedation without meaningfully supporting the underlying benefits of regular quality sleep.
