Wefunder supports three different federal laws that allow startups to raise money legally. To comply with the law, Wefunder Advisors LLC and Wefunder Portal LLC (both owned by Wefunder Inc) also list startups depending on the regulation used.

Regulation Crowdfunding
Wefunder Portal LLC
$152,309,161

Regulation D
Wefunder Advisors LLC

Curious how well the companies have done? Or how many raised follow-on financing?
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
Thank you for the update. Would it be possible at some point to also get an update on sales, revenue growth, and the other relevant numbers behind the growth of the brand?
Would appreciate a little more information about what "you, we, have going on"...you guys are giving us little more than hype messaging. How about goals for distribution this year...or states we're going to enter, or the next crowdfunding raise, or even bad news....we need to raise more money, etc....
The one thing most of investors want to hear is...what's the status on the ground and specifics, what are you going to accomplish in the next three-to-six months that we can call you on/you can report on???
Keep fighting hard and seize the moment!!!
