We’re so excited to be back on the WeFunder platform. Last year, many of you took part in a movement which enabled us to plant approximately 500 acres of trees! It has been an incredible journey, and this is only just the beginning.

As you know, our new offering is now available, but there are some differences this time around that we want to share with you.

Due to complicated state securities laws, we are currently prohibited from selling securities to residents in the following states:Alabama

Nevada
New Jersey
Arizona
Florida
North Dakota
Texas

We would like to ensure you that we’re working diligently so that everyone can take part in this offering and help us plant more and more trees!

But wait! It’s important to mention that even if you reside in a state in which we are prohibited from selling securities to, you can still participate and make a difference by sharing us!
