Ten courses, 2½ hours, a whole lot of Wagyu. San Francisco's forthcoming meat-centric tasting menu spot, Ittoryu Gozu, will open in the South of Market neighborhood (201 Spear St.) on Nov. 12. Reservations went live on Tock Tuesday afternoon and early menu details show chef-owner Marc Zimmerman is placing an intensely deliberate focus on serving exclusive cuts of Japanese beef, along with seafood.
