It was an honor to judge the graduation pitch competition for the first all-women Wyncode cohort of #fullstack #webdevelopers, in partnership with Career Source South FL and the YWCA Miami. It was also a pleasure to be a guest speaker during their 10-week program and get to know each of them personally. As we grow Caribu we will need more engineers and it's incredibly important to have a pipeline of diverse and well-rounded talent. We often participate in programs such as this to be sure we have the first pick for the best talent when we need it.
