On Line Retailer's Illinois Location Permits it to Sell Statewide - Illinois Owners Get First Opportunity to Buy Sorgho Whiskey

March 29, 2019 - Due to the complex labyrinth of Federal and State laws regulated the production, distribution and sale of alcohol (officially a controlled substance) and our Illinois distribution limited to Peoria region only, we've been unable to reach over 90% of Illinois consumers with our James FC Hyde Sorgho Whiskey.   The Big Fish Partner Program fixes that.

While an on line retailer (like hundreds of others), Big Fish brings two unique features to the table.  First, because of its Illinois location it can legally sell into Illinois - and out of state retailers can't.  But second, its focus is exclusively Illinois relying on a "private" in state delivery service that makes shipping charges super competitive. For instance, the cost of shipping bottles 1 - 6 is a flat $8 anywhere in the state.

We're working with Big Fish to implement an "Owners" discount or coupon code so our investors / owners can have preferred pricing.  We'll keep you updated when one becomes available.

Further Update on Beta Test of New IRA Funding Method.

A new milestone has been achieved by our beta test. The first investor's cash has navigated its way through to wefunder; was successfully matched up with its proper transaction and now resides in escrow.  Last leg of the journey remains - a closing event.  Which we're optimistic will occur soon.

We believe as the idea of using "patient" IRA cash to invest in "patience required" Reg CF offerings spreads, more and more investors will allocate a slice of their IRA to these kind of investments.  We believe this is a game changing event.
