First of all, tons of progress in just this week alone!

- Tap lines to cold room and tap towere (16 taps) installed and ready!

- Cold room blower and glycol chiller to keep cold connected!

- Bar counter top installed and bar almost done (water and power and drains)

- Brewery equipment moved into place

- Staff interview sessions (over 90 great candidates showed up last Friday to interview)

We are in clean up and detail mode. The only major work left is air conditioning ducts and the county water hook up for fire sprinklers. We think we can see light at end of tunnel!
