However, the early bird offer is what gives you the liquidity preference of 1.5x, and it also gives you a 20% discount (that's for when it goes to a priced round).

Regarding updates, we send monthly updates currently to our existing investors, but for wefunder investors, we're including annual investor updates for $5k and $10k levels, and minimum quarterly investor updates for $20k and up levels.
