Hi GregoryGreat question. At this point we are only raising funds for Vale ULB via the participation rev share loan. However, we want to develop a unique sound to use as a basis for a couple of additional acts that we utilize first as side artists on upcoming projects. At that time, we would go back to investors for a broader label raise which would be equity. But this initial raise is to create community around the band and the music and a launch of the label.
