Hi Adriane, Thank you for your interest in TTC Oncology. Our valuation cap is $25 million with a 10% discount. Please note that we have a scientific valuation by an independent advisor supporting double that amount. We are doing this valuation cap at $25 million because it's following an earlier raise at a $10 million valuation, and this is "bridge financing" to enable us to order agent ahead of beginning our Phase 2 clinical trials.

Why have you pursued crowdfunding rather than other avenues?

I am actively pursuing other avenues. I have meetings with VC, family offices and pharma. I am attending JP Morgan and Resi conferences. The reason for crowdfunding is to generate additional data to convince series A investors.
