Why is this valuation lower that the previous round done on start engine, and how would this affect your current investors.

Hello Paul, thanks for checking out our offering! Our valuation has yet to be set. We issued a convertible note during our last round, with a valuation cap of $30M. We used the same valuation cap for this round, $30M. The difference between this round and the previous: our first investors received a discount on shares of 20%. For this round, we will offer a discount but it will range between 15-18%.
