Hi Harvey. Thanks very much for asking this question. Since our success won’t be tied to box office performance, we won’t be at the mercy of that problematic ‘hollywood accounting’. Our income model is based directly on licensing fees paid by streamers and television networks, and in the case of a theatrical distribution deal, it will be tied to the ‘minimum guarantee’ paid to us by the distributor. We will be issuing a 1099 to the Wefunder SPV in any year that we make a payment under the revenue participation agreement, but I believe Wefunder will then need to issue K-1s to each investor that is a member of the SPV.
