Good stuff. I take it you are working on a website. You have a link but nothing is there. Do you have any kind of projections..you mention revenue share along with equity share. Can you tell us more. Are you basically going to be direct to customers and/or a mix of retail etc....

Hey John! Thanks for the question! Website will go live on 5/18 with the public launch. Yes went ahead and dropped projections into the Q&A section. We're starting with DTC subscription model and we'll layer in retail as we grow. We will build out first production line here in Austin, TX. As we grow we will build new facilities near supply and customers to minimize transportation. Yes, we'll organize several investor panels! Will keep you posted.

As soon as we feel confident in our operating processes, self-manufacture safety & efficiency, and customer experience we'll be open to replicating in other markets. The equity is straight common shares PLUS revenue share. We want everyone to feel like owners and get paid back their principal on a faster timeline than equity can offer. It's a very unique set-up.

Hi Raphael, so sorry, we don't get notifications of questions here. We discussed over email, but to confirm, this product is NOT vegan. The first two ingredients are chicken and pork. It is, however, vegan-friendly as it doesn't create any new demand for animal products. We're taking unused scraps and upcycling them into nutritious food!
