Developed the largest hotel in Madison, WI 365 rooms with a Governors Club providing "all-inclusive" service pushing the hotel over $20,000,000 in sales annually.

At 27 years of age I developed and built a 150 unit "low Income" five story elevator building in Dekalb, IL next to NIU for married students and vets.

We have developed, built and managed a 14 story office building that began the redevelopment of the entire downtown of Madison

Pura grade school, a bowling alley, a car dealership, a medical building, a YWCA, and a convention hotel.
