Hi Alghamdi, We are offering preferred shares. Our management strategy is to invest our profits back into the Company to promote growth. We've doubled our business in the last couple of years with this strategy. We are planning this year to produce a higher percentage of income and our business plan calls for increasing the profit ratio to income as our growth continues.
