A full service stack for small businesses.

Manage the operation. Automate more of the work.

Connected business software and embodied AI robots for small businesses, with service and education hardware positioned around a few thousand dollars.

Help small businesses run leaner.

A growing service business puts more pressure on its team. Owners need to manage orders, keep work moving, and serve customers while keeping staffing costs under control.

StarBot connects business management software with embodied AI robots in one service platform. We build across the chain from managing the operation to carrying out physical tasks, with a clear goal: help small businesses handle more work with leaner teams.

Connect management to the service floor.

Our restaurant software includes order management and kitchen coordination. Robot service workflows connect customer interaction with work on the floor. Together, these bring digital management and physical service into one coordinated system.

Our restaurant demonstrations include a robot handing a plate to a guest. This gives investors a concrete view of physical service alongside the software side of the business. Product development focuses on making connected workflows repeatable during normal operations.

Two product lines, with accessible hardware.

StarBot's product line includes service robots and education robots for learning and development. Service robots address work in commercial environments; education platforms give learners and developers a way to explore physical robotics.

Our hardware is positioned in the few-thousand-dollar range. Accessible pricing is central to our strategy: put robotics within reach of more customers and give them a practical starting point. Specific prices depend on the model and configuration.

Give the team capacity for the next task.

For a restaurant owner, the customer goal is practical: reduce repetitive staff work, improve coordination, and keep the service process manageable.

We start with wheeled robots suited to structured indoor routes. Our approach combines autonomous capabilities with human assistance when needed. The standard is whether a useful task gets completed consistently, how much staff effort it takes, and whether the operating cost makes sense for the customer.

Build an ongoing software and service business.

Our planned commercial model combines robot hardware with recurring software and service. Hardware brings physical capability to the customer; software supports the daily management and coordination of that work.

As customers add useful workflows or another location, the platform's role can expand. Deployment support and ongoing product improvements are part of that relationship. The aim is to build a business around continued customer use, with pricing and service costs validated in practice.

Grow through repeatable deployments.

Restaurants are the starting point for our service platform. Repeated customer workflows provide a basis for expanding to hospitality, retail, and other service businesses.

We intend to use task histories and assistance records to improve routing, interaction, and deployment support. Expansion will be guided by customer use and operating results, while the education line offers a separate entry point for people learning and developing with robots.

Build around the small business owner.

StarBot is based in Santa Barbara and led by founder and CEO Yong Wang. Our work spans restaurant management software and physical robot service demonstrations.

A $124,000 round for the next stage.

We are seeking to raise up to $124,000, with a planned close in early January 2027.

Proposed priorities are to refine robot hardware and software integration, improve the repeatability of restaurant service workflows, and prepare deployment and support for further customer trials. Progress should be measured through completed tasks, staff assistance, customer feedback, and the cost of supporting each deployment.

We invite investors to support StarBot's goal of making connected software and robotics useful to small businesses, while bringing accessible robot hardware to learners and developers.

StarBot is an early-stage robotics company. Safety, reliability, manufacturing, service costs, and customer adoption create execution risks. Commercial performance and customer economics require continued validation.
