Hi Vilem, great questions! The reason the form C doesn’t match our revenue numbers is because we filed the form C under Sensate, Inc. (our new American parent Co) rather than Bioself Technology, which is now a subsidiary. From March this year when the top-co flip was completed Sensate Inc will have its own accounts. Our revenue was generated from device sales which to date includes the app+services. Sales have grown between the two periods.

We filed Form C under our new American parent company that doesn’t reflect our historical financials from our UK company, Bioself Technology.
