Thanks John! There's a detailed breakdown of our purpose of funds in the "Details" section of our campaign page, but the short answer is we'll be using funding to scale our business and meet demand. Here's a quick rundown of the POF: 20% inventory, 20% talent and hiring; 35% e-commerce marketing, 7.5% community building, 5% R&D, 5% overhead, 7.5% for Wefunder Fees.

Hi David, thanks for your question. The valuation at that time was $3M. Since then, we've done more than $3.7M in revenue.

Did any Sharks invest in the company ? If yes, at what valuation? Do you have any patents ? If yes, are they granted ?

Thanks for the questions! We did receive multiple equity and royalty offers during our Shark Tank episode, and ended up striking a non-equity sales commission partnership with Lori Greiner. We also do have a fully granted utility patent (awarded in 2021), and is set up for expansion opportunities into different verticals (eg. commercial agriculture).

Hi Sagar, yes early bird is still available. Sorry, the page is a little confusing the way its presented! $687,000 is the total amount raised at these terms so far, and there is approximately $172,000 remaining at the early bird terms, which is on a SAFE with a valuation cap of $10M. When early bird is gone, we'll be raising the remaining amount on a SAFE with a valuation cap of $15M.
