Our strategic vision encompasses the expansion of our gym network, leveraging our inaugural Tampa location as collateral to facilitate further growth. We will use investor’s money to do a full gym buildout. This includes: all interior decor, gym equipment, juice bar, recovery center, exterior design and signage. After the funds are raised, we have a 90-day buildout period where we will be pre-selling gym memberships to reach breakeven.
