Building the missing infrastructure that makes careers compound over a lifetime.

PLATFORM DEMO (28 JULY 2026)

1. THE PROBLEM

Career Support Is Built Around Moments, Not the Career

Careers are full of moments where there is no obvious right answer. You may be trying to land the right opportunity, dealing with a manager who has stopped backing you, wondering why a promotion did not happen, questioning whether you are burning out, or trying to decide whether to stay, leave, or change direction.

Those decisions can be lonely. You look for help wherever you can find it. A manager gives you one view. A friend gives you another. A mentor or coach may see something completely different. Search and AI add even more advice. The answers can contradict each other, and you are left trying to work out what applies to your situation, who to trust, and how to make the call with confidence.

The outcomes show how hard that is to solve. In an OECD study, only 22% of adults who received career guidance said it was useful in achieving their employment, education, or training outcome.

And the problem does not end when one decision is made. A new manager comes in. You move companies. You work with a different coach, switch tools, or open a new chat. You explain the context again: what happened, what you tried, and what you are trying to do next. Career help comes from different people, services, platforms, and tools, but each usually enters at a particular moment and sees only part of the story.

At the same time, the playing field at work is changing. AI is making competent output easier to produce. Doing good work still matters, but it is becoming harder to stand out on output alone. Judgment, influence, self-awareness, reading situations well, and knowing what to do when there is no obvious answer matter more.

A career is shaped by a thousand connected experiences. Why does the support still arrive in pieces?

2. CAREER DECISIONS COMPOUND

The Small Decisions Rarely Stay Small

Two people can start with similar talent and ambition, then end up in very different places. Often, the difference is not one dramatic move. It is the series of decisions made along the way:

  1. When to push for a promotion
  2. How to handle a difficult manager
  3. Whether to stay, leave, or change direction
  4. How to respond when you are overlooked, burned out, or stuck

In the moment, these decisions can feel temporary. But the effects can last. A manager can shape development and earnings years later. Burnout can carry consequences beyond the episode itself. A badly timed layoff can affect the quality of the next job and earnings long after the downturn ends.

One decision can also change what becomes possible at the next one. A conversation changes a relationship. A move changes the experience you carry forward. A missed opportunity can delay the next one.

Over time, those effects add up.

We call this Return on Clarity: the advantage that builds when better judgment, timing, and decisions reinforce each other across a career.

3. THE SOLUTION

One System for the Whole Career, not a Tool for One Moment

RISEUP is a career operating system built to stay with a professional across the full arc of their career. It can start when someone is figuring out what they want, preparing for an interview, or trying to land the job. It stays with them once they are in, when the questions get harder: how to handle a manager, build influence, earn the promotion, negotiate compensation, recover from a setback, or decide what comes next.

Most career products are built around one of those moments. RISEUP is built around the professional moving through all of them. Career diagnostics, interview practice, resume work, goals, journaling, coaching, and community sit inside one connected system rather than operating as separate experiences.

That connection matters. Something that surfaces during interview practice can improve how a member positions themselves on a resume. A pattern in their journal can change the guidance they receive about a manager. A diagnostic can shape what they work on next. A coaching conversation can add context that changes future recommendations. What happens in one part of RISEUP can inform what happens in another.

Over time, RISEUP builds a cumulative picture of what the member wants, how they operate, what they have tried, where they get stuck, and what happened after previous decisions. They do not have to keep starting from zero or explaining the same story again. The system carries that understanding forward as the career changes.

Human coaching is built into that system for the moments where judgment matters most. The coach comes in with the member’s history, goals, diagnostics, journal patterns, and prior decisions already available, so the session does not start cold. The coach can focus on the hard call in front of the member, bring perspective the software may miss, and add new context that carries forward into what RISEUP recommends next.

That is what we mean by a Career OS. Not another place to get an answer, but a system built to help the professional grow, make better calls, and move through the career with more context behind each one.

4. HOW THE PRODUCT WORKS

Different Career Needs. One Connected System.

RISEUP brings together the different parts of career development in one place. Each component has a specific job, but none of them sits on its own.

  1. Career Diagnostics: Surface strengths, blind spots, and recurring patterns across communication, leadership, positioning, and decision-making.
  2. Guided Programs: Turn career strategy into practical steps members can use in real situations at work.
  3. Positioning and Interview Tools: Help members sharpen their resume, communicate their value, and prepare for opportunities.
  4. Reflection and Journaling: Capture what is happening in real time and surface patterns that may otherwise be missed.
  5. Human Coaching: Bring experienced judgment into the moments where the stakes are highest and the answer is not obvious.
  6. Community: Connect members with peers, mentors, and others navigating similar career challenges.

The value comes from how those pieces work together. An interview insight can strengthen a resume. A journal pattern can shape guidance around a manager. A diagnostic can change what the member works on next. A coaching conversation can add context that improves future recommendations.

Each interaction adds to the same understanding of the member. The product gets more useful because it is not treating every question, tool, or decision as a fresh start.

5. WHY NOW

The Career Is Getting Harder to Navigate Just as AI Makes Personalized Guidance Scalable

The first shift is happening at work. AI is making more forms of knowledge work faster and easier to produce. That does not make execution irrelevant, but it changes what stands out. Judgment, communication, influence, positioning, and the ability to make good calls in unclear situations become harder to ignore.

The second shift is happening in career support. AI can now deliver personalized guidance at a scale that previously required a human coach. Professionals are already adopting it for career advice, which means the behavior is forming before a dedicated career system has fully emerged.

That creates a new gap. The technology can give someone an intelligent answer in the moment, but a career is made up of hundreds of connected moments:

  1. How to read a difficult situation
  2. When to push and when to wait
  3. How to build influence before the opportunity arrives
  4. Whether to stay, move, or change direction

For the first time, the technology exists to support those decisions continuously and at scale. At the same time, those decisions are becoming more important to how professionals differentiate themselves.

The need has been there for years. AI makes a different kind of career platform possible now.

6. TRACTION

What we can Credibly Point to Today

We’re early, but there is a real signal:

  1. 500+ members on the live RISEUP platform
  2. $1,200 in lifetime subscriptions
  3. 1,500+ coaching engagements behind the methodology
  4. 32K LinkedIn audience and 8K newsletter subscribers

7. MARKET

A $15B Market, Starting With Younger Professionals

RISEUP sits across a roughly $15B career development market, spanning career guidance, coaching, professional development, and career tools. The market is large, but the experience is fragmented across products and services built around individual needs rather than the career as a whole.

Our initial wedge is younger professionals navigating the first major stretch of their career. That starts with finding and winning the right opportunity, then continues into the decisions that follow: how to navigate a manager, build visibility, earn a promotion, negotiate compensation, recover from setbacks, or decide when it is time to move.

The wedge is focused, but the product is not limited to it. As the professional moves into leadership, career transitions, and reinvention, the problems change while the need for guidance continues.

That is the market opportunity: start with a defined group at a high-need stage, then grow with them across the career.

8. BUSINESS MODEL

Subscription-led, with multiple ways to expand revenue

RISEUP starts with recurring subscription revenue and expands through higher-value services as member needs deepen.

  1. Subscriptions: paid access to diagnostics, guided programs, tools, and community
  2. Human coaching: group cohorts and 1:1 support for higher-stakes career decisions
  3. Premium tools and services: additional career products, events, credits, and specialized support
  4. Universities: targeted beginning in early 2027, once the member model and product experience are more mature
  5. B2B seats: employer-sponsored access targeted from early 2027, after the individual product and underlying member model are further validated

The sequencing matters. We are starting with the individual member experience, improving the model through real usage, and then taking a stronger product into universities and employers rather than building those channels too early.

Financial model

  1. FY2027: 3,255 year-end paying subscribers | $342.2K revenue
  2. FY2028: 10,635 year-end paying subscribers | $1.13M revenue
  3. FY2029: 25,871 year-end paying subscribers | $2.87M revenue
  4. FY2030: 25,871 paying subscribers | $3.55M revenue

The core is recurring subscription revenue. Coaching, universities, and B2B add additional revenue around the same product infrastructure as the platform matures.

Forward-looking projections are not guaranteed. These figures represent directional modeling based on current assumptions.

9. PRODUCT ROADMAP

From Validation to a Deeper Career Intelligence Platform

RISEUP is not trying to build the full vision all at once. The roadmap is sequenced so each phase creates the evidence, data, and infrastructure needed for the next. The product starts with individual members, where usage is fastest to observe and the learning loop is shortest. From there, RISEUP deepens the intelligence layer, strengthens community effects, and only then moves into larger institutional channels and broader network products.

Phase 1: Validate the MVP

Done

The beta answered the first question: will professionals engage with this kind of career support at all? The 985 beta participants helped validate the core flows, sharpen the ICP, and determine which experiences were worth carrying into the live platform. The value of this phase was not the beta itself. It was removing product risk before committing more capital.

Phase 2: Deepen the Platform and Extend RISE AI Brain

This raise

The next step is to make the platform more intelligent, not simply add more features. Interviews, diagnostics, journals, goals, actions, and outcomes already create useful signals. This phase connects those signals more deeply so RISEUP can recognize patterns, surface what matters, and become more proactive about what the member should do next. It also moves more of the underlying infrastructure into RISEUP’s control, which matters as the data layer becomes more valuable.

Phase 3: Expand the Community Layer

Once the individual experience is stronger, community becomes more than a discussion feature. Cohorts, member-led sessions, reputation, and coach-in-the-loop experiences create another source of career intelligence: what other people facing similar situations are seeing, trying, and learning. That begins to turn RISEUP from a product used by individuals into a network that becomes more useful as participation grows.

Phase 4: Institutional Licensing

The consumer product comes first because it lets RISEUP prove the member experience directly. Once that model is stronger, universities and employers become distribution channels rather than separate products. Beginning in early 2027, RISEUP can take the same underlying platform into institutional settings, opening larger contracts while preserving the member-level experience and data architecture.

Phases 5 to 6: Stakeholder Lens and Marketplace

The longer-term opportunity is to understand not only the member, but the environment around them. Manager Lens, Committee Map, and Sentiment Pulse begin to capture the relationships and organizational dynamics that shape career outcomes. A marketplace can then connect members with the right mentor or coach at the right moment, using the context RISEUP already has instead of relying on generic matching.

The logic of the roadmap is simple: validate the individual experience, deepen the intelligence, add network effects, expand distribution, then build on the data advantage those layers create.

9. THE MOAT

Why RISEUP Is Hard to Replicate

A competitor can build an interview tool, a journal, an assessment, or an AI coach.

What is harder to replicate is the system around them: the methodology, the member context built through use, and the community intelligence that grows as more people participate.

That is the part that becomes more valuable and difficult to copy over time.

10. HOW WE ACQUIRE USERS

Distribution Starts With Trust, Then Expands Through Multiple Channels

Primary channels:

  1. RISEUP@work TV show on NowMedia TV: launched March 18, 2026, expanding RISEUP into long-form career content and introducing the brand to professionals beyond our existing digital audience.
  2. LinkedIn and newsletter: 32K LinkedIn followers and 8K+ newsletter subscribers, built through years of career-focused content and direct audience engagement.
  3. Books and podcast: four Amazon category bestselling books and an active podcast create credibility, introduce the RISEUP methodology, and drive inbound discovery.
  4. LinkedIn and Meta advertising: targeted campaigns designed around RISEUP’s ICP, allowing us to test messaging, audiences, and conversion alongside our organic channels.
  5. Affiliate and partner network: coaches, creators, and communities serving the same audience can introduce RISEUP through trusted existing relationships.
  6. RISEUP Campus Ambassadors: launched in September 2026, with university students representing RISEUP on campus, introducing the platform to other students, and distributing student offers and discounts.
  7. Regional cohorts: initial focus on English-speaking markets, with cohorts creating a more concentrated entry point for community, programming, and member acquisition.

Partnerships and LOIs currently under discussion are treated as pilots until commercial terms are confirmed.

11. IMPACT SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships That Scale with the Business

RISEUP ties access directly to growth: A portion of campaign perks funds scholarships for individuals who lack access to high-quality career infrastructure.

Scholarship perk structure: (example structure):

  1. $500 = 1 scholarship for 5 years (named recipient)
  2. $1,000 = 2 scholarships for 5 years
  3. $5,000 = 10 scholarships for 5 years
  4. $10,000 = 20 scholarships for 5 years

12. USE OF FUNDS

RISEUP is raising $1.2M to deepen the platform, expand distribution, strengthen the coaching and community layer, and build the operating infrastructure required for the next stage of growth.

Product & AI Development | 50% | $600K

Half of the raise will go toward the core product and intelligence layer. This includes continued development of the RISE AI Brain, continuous signal synthesis, proactive guidance, platform infrastructure, and member-facing tools such as interview preparation, resume support, journaling, and the LinkedIn Optimizer. The goal is to make the platform more connected, personalized, and useful as members move through different career situations.

Marketing & Go-to-Market | 25% | $300K

Capital will be used to grow the member base through a mix of paid and earned distribution. This includes LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, content, affiliate and creator partnerships, campus ambassadors, regional cohorts, and other channels targeting RISEUP’s initial audience of younger professionals.

Coaching & Community Infrastructure | 10% | $120K

RISEUP will continue building the human and community layers around the platform. Funding will support the coach network, structured coaching programs, cohorts, community experiences, and the systems required to integrate human guidance more closely with the member’s RISEUP experience.

Operations & Key Hires | 10% | $120K

Funding will support the people, tools, and operating capacity required to execute the next phase of the business. Hiring will remain focused on roles directly supporting product development, growth, member experience, and day-to-day execution.

Compliance, Analytics & Security | 5% | $60K

The remaining capital will support legal and compliance requirements, data security, analytics infrastructure, reporting, and the systems needed to operate responsibly as RISEUP grows and begins expanding into institutional channels.

Total: $1.2M

13. CLOSING

RISEUP is Building the Infrastructure the Workforce was Never Given.

The gap in career support is not a personal shortcoming. It is systemic, and it compounds silently across millions of careers, decade after decade, shaping earnings, well-being, and potential in ways that are hard to reverse.

The founder spent 34 years as a senior leader inside Fortune 100 organizations, including Sun Microsystems, HP, and Capgemini, across four countries. Alongside that, he ran a doctoral inquiry into why careers stall and built a 13-year ICF-certified coaching practice across 1,500 relationships. Every framework, methodology, and diagnostic from that practice is encoded into the platform.

The knowledge scales. The outcomes no longer depend on any single individual.
