RenozeeTM is building an ecosystem of services that enables real estate investors and contractors to easily connect, with the common goal of quickly getting investment properties out to market.

The Problem

The average real estate investor:

  • Spends weeks at time sourcing contractors.
  • They have to schedule property visits with multiple contractors to evaluate fair pricing.
  • They manually have to keep track of all the bids that they receive.

Resulting in delayed property renovations and increased property vacancy times.

  • Spends up to 4 hours daily driving around town chasing leads.
  • Spend hours writing up bids for jobs that they may never win.
  • Aren’t speaking to the right customers that are serious about renovating.

Our Solution

RenozeeTM is an online platform that enables property owners to receive competing bids directly from contractors who want to win their business. Similar to receiving competing offers from buyers if you were selling your home.

Property investors will share details of their project by providing their budget, a detailed description, pictures, and videos of the work needing to be done. Within a matter of minutes, contractors will view project details, submit bids and win jobs all from the convenience of their phone without first having to come out to the property.

Our primary competitors are lead provider platforms that were created to support a primary residence. As real estate investors, we know that renovating rentals and fix and flip properties requires a different strategy than renovating your own home. Real estate investors need competitive pricing and the ability to hire the right contractor quickly. This is where Renozee saves the day.

The platform is available in both IOS and Android, free for consumers to use and contractors contribute a fair monthly contribution.

The contractor’s bids are sealed from other contractors but the average bid price of all bids submitted is provided. Each bid provided to the property owner contains specific data such as are materials included, days of the week to work the job, hours of the day the job will be performed, years of experience working with investment properties.

We have engagements with hundreds of contractors across twenty different skilled trades. The dollars from this raise will help us strengthen brand awareness, sign up more contractors and obtain the growth necessary for a solid seed round.

Exit Strategy

Proptech companies are one of the most rewarding investments currently with companies exiting at large revenue multiples. We’re building a company for acquisition. Renozee could achieve $20M in ARR by year 5 and would be set for a strong exit.
